Trade policy

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order of the goods. Specify the exchange point and the new color or size of your e-mail to customer service. Items must be in original condition and not worn to be accepted as a return. Availability of spare parts is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon completion of the currency conversion.

Note: 1. Charges are non-refundable.

2. 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

3. If the items are non-quality problems, customers must add a 20% postage for foreign exchange delivery charges.

4. Back may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit appears on your account. To contact customer service for any question of obtaining a return authorization, please email us.

1) Pack and send your statement
2) Pack your unworn item in its original packaging.
3) Include a reason code on the delivery slip for each item you wish to return.
4) Include the packing slip in the shipping, and keep a copy for your records.
5) Fill out your return address on the label, affix it to your package, and drop it at your post office. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
